Brandon went above and beyond. After 3 other plumbers from another company within a month could not find the problem, Brandon diagnosed and did the work to fix my plumbing leak within 48 hours. And over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend! He was thorough, explained every step and even took time to help me understand potential next steps with insurance, etc. I will 100% call him again if I have any plumbing issues. I highly recommend him and his team!

Responded very quickly, friendly, and diagnosed a root obstruction that others thought was a severely damaged pipe. Put me in the path of possibly avoiding actual excavation, cleared out enough to buy me plenty of time to explore that possibility, and is able to do the excavation if that's what's required. Needed to have a garbage disposal installed the next day. Began making frantic calls to find someone to meet my schedule at a reasonable cost. Brandon (Mr Rooter) agreed to come out immediately, quoted a price, it was a go. When connecting the disposal (provided by me) he discovered the drain tube assembly was missing. He volunteered to get a replacement and complete the install the following morning. Showed up as promised and completed the install. He noticed that water was draining slowly. He cleared the drain. I was impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend.
